We're fighting to hold on to a world that is ever changing. The clinging causing it to change faster. But it is a "dream", and all dreams end, so be glad that one had a dream at all.

At least, that's the thoughts the poem evoke in me now. What was your inspiration for replying with this particular poem by Poe?
